Fresh berries and herbs. Cold, frozen, refreshing. Quick and efficient. Small pleasures for everyone.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of frozen or fresh berries
- 1/2 of frozen or fresh banana
- 10 leaves of fresh mint
- 2 cups of low-fat yoghurt
Preparation:
- Mix all ingredients, except the mint leaves.
- Decorate with mint and a few extra berries.
- Drink slowly, smile and go ride a bike.
